- Design Questionnaire – this allows us to get to know your project requirements and style so that we can deliver a beautiful bespoke design that works for you.
- Discovery Call – A 60 minute scheduled call by phone / Zoom after we have received your completed Questionnaire, to discuss your project in more detail.
- Getting Started Pack – which includes detailed instructions on how to measure and photograph your room, along with how to take dimensions and images for any existing furniture you may want to incorporate into your design.
- A 2 D room design proposal floor plan.
- Mood Board, design including, colour palette, furniture recommendations, delivered in a beautiful digital presentation.
- Design presentation call to review the proposed design.
- Two revisions to the design.

- Trade discounts for sourcing furniture from other suppliers, where applicable.
