We work with you to create practical and aesthetically pleasing changes that will enhance your property, to help you get that sale!
- Our Home Staging Service begins with a phone/zoom consultation.
- We then visit your property and spend 1 – 2 hours appraising your property so that we can create an overall design aesthetic and look that will appeal to potential buyers.
- We then create a proposal, detailing any redecorating that is required, along with furniture and accessory recommendations.
- If required, we can project manage any trades required to update/redecorate the property.
- If furniture rental is required we will arrange this, along with a schedule for delivery.
- We then agree on a date for full installation and staging.
- Finally, we arrange a date to de-stage and return any hired furniture pieces.
Home Styling
Our Home Styling Service is a perfect choice when you need a helping hand to present your home at its best. Sometimes it might be as simple as choosing the right accessories to style your shelves, coffee table or console, or it may be that you need some help in selecting soft furnishings to make your home look just the way you want it!
- To start this process we’ll send you a design questionnaire so that we can understand more about you and your project.
- This will be followed by a phone / zoom consultation to discuss your project.
- We then create a design that you will love, incorporating any existing furnishings and accessories that you have, along with a shopping list of items required (we can source and purchase these for you, if you prefer to be less hand-on with the project).
- Finally, we schedule a date for installation to complete your home styling.
